• Define canonical agent topology, roles and trust model
• Own reference architecture for orchestration and inter-agent communication
• Establish architecture decision records and governance
• Design observability, tracing and auditing for agents
• Translate architecture into system specifications and SLAs
• Define agent memory management policy and system prompts
• Lead evaluation and benchmarking across agent roles
• Align technical direction with business goals
• Drive product vision, tech roadmap balancing research and deployment
• Manage agent system lifecycle and version governance
• Oversee LLM upgrade cycles and impact on agents
• Identify and retire technical debt in design
