Job summary

SEB’s Wealth & Asset Management division offers a 10-week spring internship for students to gain hands-on experience in banking and finance. You’ll join the Junior Product Specialist role within Cash & Securities Services, work with the PWM&FO team, and learn from experienced colleagues while building your professional network.

The program kicks off end of March, is full-time, and includes guidance from tutors, exposure to client teams, and opportunities to contribute to improvements in products

Qualifications

• Ongoing bachelor’s or master’s degree within Business, Economics, Finance or equivalent.
• Studied at least 2 years at university level.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and clients.
• Some experience from banking, financial services, client service or a similar environment is advantageous.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and drive projects forward.
• An interest in banking products and services, particularly cash management, accounts and payments.
• A genuine interest in financial markets and wealth management.
• Excellent oral and written skills in Swedish and English.

Responsibilities

• Build knowledge within cash management, accounts and payments, supported by experienced colleagues.
• Support Client Service Partners, Client Executives and clients with inquiries and service needs.
• Help coordinate client-related activities and follow up on agreed actions.
• Contribute to strong relationships with clients, colleagues and external stakeholders.
• Work with product experts and other specialists to improve products, services, processes and digital capabilities.
• Gather feedback and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
• Contribute to high client satisfaction and the team’s commercial objectives.
