Job summary

0TO9 | Bank of Entrepreneurship is seeking a Cash Management Analyst to join the Treasury team in Sweden. You will manage bank accounts, process payments on time, monitor liquidity, and support cash flow forecasting.

Ideal candidates have experience in banking or treasury, are proactive, and fluent in Swedish and English, with strong Excel skills and exposure to AI tools in daily work.

Qualifications

• Experience from banking, treasury, accounting or similar operational finance.
• Proactive and independent approach to work with ability to drive results.
• Strong Excel proficiency and experience using AI in daily work.
• Fluency in Swedish and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer the company's bank accounts and set up new accounts.
• Execute and quality-assure bank payments per procedures and approvals.
• Monitor daily liquidity and initiate transfers as needed.
• Support cash flow forecasting and internal liquidity reporting.
• Reconcile bank accounts and investigate discrepancies with accounting.
• Act as operational point of contact toward partner banks.
• Contribute to process improvement and automation in cash management.
