Job summary

LETA Consulting AB is seeking experienced carpenters for long-term assignments with clients in northern Finland. You will join a skilled on-site team and work full-time under Finnish collective agreements.

Housing and travel support is provided to help you focus on your craft. Ideal candidates have professional carpentry qualifications, solid construction experience, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with others.

Qualifications

• Professional carpentry qualification or equivalent required.
• Solid construction industry experience essential.
• Independent worker with good teamwork skills.
• Driver's license (B) considered a plus.
• Languages: Swedish, Finnish or English (company language is English).

Responsibilities

• Work on-site on projects in northern Finland.
• Full-time work according to Finnish collective agreements.
• On-site onboarding and integration with client teams.
• Assistance with housing and travel arrangements during assignments.

LETA Consulting AB is looking for experienced and trained carpenters for longer assignments with our clients in northern Finland. Do you have professional pride, several years of experience, and are looking for the next step in your career? Then we would love to hear from you!

We work with established players in the construction industry and are now looking for skilled carpenters for projects in new construction, renovation, and industrial building. The assignments are long-term, and for the right person, there are good opportunities for permanent employment directly with the client.

About the job

As a carpenter through LETA Consulting, you become part of our skilled team on-site with the client. You work full-time according to the Finnish collective agreement and are placed in projects in northern Finland. We help with practical matters like housing and travel so you can focus on what you do best – your craft.
