Job summary

The Buyer will work closely with suppliers to secure favorable terms and will be involved in negotiations, preparing materials for procurement processes. Candidates with experience in sourcing new suppliers and drafting contracts are encouraged to apply.

About This Vacancy

As a buyer in the Operational Excellence team, you will play an important role in a purchasing team at our clients' sites in and around Gothenburg. The role of the buyer includes, but is not limited to:

• Ensuring that purchasing activities are conducted according to plan and in compliance with company policies
• Aligning purchasing activities with laws and regulations
• Ensuring the right total cost, quality, and lead time
• Strengthening relationships with existing suppliers to secure favorable purchasing terms and long‑term partnerships
• Identifying efficiencies needed to reduce bottlenecks
• Preparing materials for negotiations and/or procurement

It is advantageous if, in addition to these responsibilities, you also have experience in sourcing new suppliers and drafting contracts.
