Job summary

Synoptik Sweden seeks a Business Controller to partner with the Retail Director, Regional Managers and Marketing. You will join the Nordic Controlling team of 13 and report to the Head of Controlling in Sweden. Your work focuses on performance analytics, forecasting and improving financial processes.

The role is a permanent position with a hybrid work model (2 days from home) at Synoptik’s service office near Kista Galleria, Sweden, and requires strong collaboration across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize reporting frameworks and dashboards for key stakeholders using Power BI and Excel.
• Present weekly and monthly commercial and financial performance to management.
• Lead forecasting and budgeting for the business area.
• Support monthly closing activities and reporting to owners EssilorLuxottica.
• Contribute to continuous improvement across processes and tools in the Nordic Controlling team.
• Act as sparring partner for cross-functional initiatives and strategic projects.
