Job summary

VCT Europe, the European arm of Viña Concha y Toro, seeks a Business Controller & Analyst to join the Stockholm Finance team. You will lead FP&A, forecasting, and commercial analysis to support Nordic and distributor business, partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain.

You will own financial models, evaluate opportunities, and provide recommendations to improve profitability and performance, while leveraging Power BI, Power Query, and Anaplan.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience within FP&A, Commercial Finance, Business Controlling, or a similar analytical finance role.
• Experience from an FMCG or other commercial business environment.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong financial modelling capabilities.
• Strong analytical skills with a commercial mindset and the ability to translate data into business recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence decision-making across functions.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience working with planning and reporting tools such as Power BI, Power Query, and Anaplan is considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the monthly forecasting process and support annual budgeting and planning cycle.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to provide commercial insights and financial analysis.
• Build and maintain driver-based financial models covering sales, pricing, mix, FX, logistics, and costs.
• Deliver profitability analysis across customers, brands, and channels to identify margin and performance opportunities.
• Develop and evaluate business cases for new products, initiatives, and investments with performance monitoring.
• Prepare monthly management reporting and Business Reviews for senior stakeholders.
• Drive forecasting, reporting, automation, and data quality improvements using Power BI, Power Query, and Anaplan.

About the Role

On behalf of VCT Europe, we are now looking for a Business Controller & Analyst to join the Finance team in Stockholm.

Reporting to the Head of FP&A, you will play a key role in supporting the Nordic and Distributor business through high-quality financial planning, forecasting, and commercial analysis. You will own the financial models, reporting, and insights that support strategic decision-making, while partnering closely with stakeholders across Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain.

This is a hands-on role combining FP&A and Commercial Finance, where you will take ownership from analysis to delivery. You will build robust financial models, evaluate business opportunities, identify risks and opportunities, and provide recommendations that improve profitability and business performance.

The role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic commercial environment, enjoys working close to the business, and is motivated by creating tangible impact through data-driven financial insights.

Key focus areas

• Own and drive the monthly forecasting process while supporting the annual budgeting and planning cycle, ensuring reliable and actionable financial forecasts.
• Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams, providing commercial insights and financial analysis that support business decisions and challenge assumptions.
