Job summary

Avaus in Stockholm is seeking a Braze Expert to join the team. You will design, build, and optimize advanced Braze Canvas use cases, orchestrating cross-channel journeys and bridging marketing visions with technical realities.

You will translate marketing use cases into technical requirements, guiding data ingestion strategies, and delivering hyper-personalized messaging at scale in collaboration with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on Braze experience with Canvas.
• Deep understanding of APIs, webhooks, JSON and Braze data model.
• Experience with modern data architectures and first-party data flows.
• Experience presenting to senior management.
• Fluent in Swedish and English.

Responsibilities

• Design and build complex, cross-channel Braze journeys using Canvas Flow.
• Define precise data requirements for the client’s development team.
• Guide data ingestion strategies for Braze with Custom Events, Custom Attributes, or Purchase Events.
• Utilize Liquid and Connected Content for hyper-personalized messaging at scale.
• Own Braze components from design through delivery, advising marketing and technical stakeholders.
