Job summary

PE Global is recruiting an experienced BIM Lead to join a hyperscale data centre project in Skellefteå, Sweden. The role is fully site-based, requiring strong leadership of BIM delivery across complex MEP installations and coordination with site teams, subcontractors, and clients.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience on large projects, a relevant Bachelor's degree, and excellent organisational and communication skills. AutoCAD experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience on large projects.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or similar.
• Excellent organisation, communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM delivery across the project.
• Coordinate with site team, subcontractors, and client on BIM procedures.
• Manage BIM Coordinators and Technicians to meet BIM requirements.
• Coordinate MEP installations with package managers and site engineers.
• Support junior BIM team members and site team.
• Contribute to BIM research and development initiatives.
