Backend JAVA Developer – Access Control Solutions

What you will do as our Backend Developer:

You will join a cross-functional team of five, working to develop advanced safety solutions for hotels and their employees. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of access systems and make a global impact with an innovative product.

In this role, you will:

• Apply the principles of Pair/Mob programming to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Support and implement Microservice architecture using modern tools and techniques.
• Utilize DevOps and Continuous Delivery principles to rapidly deliver products via AWS Cloud to customers.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in developing new solutions in Java, particularly Java 17, with experience in cloud deployment.
• A strong background in creating new solutions, not just maintaining existing ones.
• Team player with hands‑on experience in a true DevOps setup, capable of handling bugs, infrastructure, development, and maintenance.
• Familiarity and appreciation for Pair and Mob programming approaches.
• Fluent in English.
