Job summary

Hailey HR seeks a backend developer to join the Integrations team in Sweden. You’ll build and maintain both standard integrations and custom customer builds from first commit to production.

You will collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and other dev teams, shaping integration patterns and ensuring quality through CI/CD workflows. Fluency in Swedish and English is required, and experience with REST/.NET is valued.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent field.
• Minimum 1 year of backend development experience.
• Full professional fluency in Swedish and strong English skills, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain standard integrations and custom builds for customers.
• Collaborate with Product, Customer Success and other development teams to refine backend requirements.
• Improve existing integrations and fix issues post deployment plus regular maintenance.
• Assist partners building integrations against our API with technical guidance.
