Job summary

Deploja is seeking a consultant backend developer to work with clients or internal projects within our consulting business. You will be employed by us and may be presented to clients during recruitment, engaging in system development, AI, cloud, and IT project management areas.

The role emphasizes building backend services, APIs, cloud solutions, and reliable, observable systems in a consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Backend development with C# and/or Java.
• GraphQL and REST API development experience.
• Cloud solutions experience in Microsoft Azure.
• Kafka and event-driven architecture experience.
• Relational databases incl. PostgreSQL and NoSQL databases experience.
• Automated testing, CI/CD, and observability experience.
• Knowledge of sound system design principles.

We now have a new requirement and are looking for a consultant colleague with the qualifications listed below. The position is part of our consulting business, which means you will be employed by us and work either with clients or on internal projects and assignments.

Your Profile (Must-have requirements)

• Experience with backend development using C# and/or Java.
• Experience building GraphQL and REST APIs.
• Experience developing cloud solutions in Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with Kafka and event-driven communication.
• Experience with relational databases, including PostgreSQL, as well as NoSQL databases.
• Experience with automated testing, continuous delivery, and observability.
• Knowledge of sound system design principles.

Meritorious

• Experience with Node.js and/or Golang.
