Job summary

Saab seeks a Technical Support Engineer for Special Mission and Regional Aircraft (SMRA) to support Saab 340/ Saab 2000 operators and handle technical queries, troubleshooting, repairs and modifications. The role also drives tasks across Saab 340/ Saab 2000 derivatives and GlobalEye, working in a team and independently with a service-minded attitude.

The position requires strong communication skills in Swedish and English, good planning, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Studied to become an aeronautical engineer or aeronautical mechanic.
• Fluent in Swedish and English (written and spoken).
• Willing to travel and hold a driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to Saab 340 and Saab 2000 operators with queries, troubleshooting, repairs and modifications.
• Lead tasks on Saab 340, Saab 2000, derivatives and GlobalEye platforms.
• Work both independently and as part of a team; be proactive and service-minded.
