Job summary
TSMG Holding is seeking a SDS Specialist to support diagnostics, calibration, configuration and readiness of self-driving systems across Europe. You will work with engineering, AV operations and depot teams to identify issues, execute structured troubleshooting, and ensure safe testing and robotaxi operations.
Strong automotive electronics, embedded systems and robotics background required. The role emphasizes hardware, software, and sensor calibration with on-site troubleshooting,
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years in automotive electronics, diagnostics, embedded systems, robotics or similar.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Experience with vehicle electronics, sensors, control systems or hardware.
- Ability to follow structured software procedures and workflows.
- Good communication and cross-functional teamwork.
- Fluent English.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot SDS issues affecting vehicle performance and fleet readiness.
- Inspect, repair, and validate SDS hardware on autonomous vehicles.
- Perform software updates, configuration changes, and system validation checks.
- Calibrate sensors and validate that SDS hardware/systems are ready for deployment.
- Support engineering and operations with technical findings and incident reviews.
- Document diagnostics, repairs, software updates, and calibration activity.
