We are now looking for a part-time Atelier Sales Associate to join our Stockholm team.

The Role

As an Atelier Sales Associate, you’ll become an important part of the in-store customer experience, guiding clients through ready-to-wear and custom-made collections while representing the BLUGIALLO brand with warmth, confidence, and professionalism.

You’ll work closely with our sales, marketing, and customer experience teams to ensure every client interaction feels personal, seamless, and elevated.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and personalized styling guidance.
• Assist clients with ready-to-wear purchases and custom-made appointments.
• Support fittings, product handling, and day-to-day atelier operations.
• Maintain high standards across store presentation and product organization.
• Work closely with tailoring, logistics, and CX teams to ensure smooth customer follow-up.
• Contribute to achieving store sales goals and creating long-term customer relationships.
• Assist during events, activations, and seasonal campaigns when needed.

Your Profile

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, fashion, or customer service is a plus.
• Social, service-minded, and confident meeting customers in a premium environment.
• Interest in tailoring, menswear, craftsmanship, and personal style.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills in Swedish and English.
• Flexible schedule with availability for evenings and weekends.
• Curious and open to using digital tools and AI to improve customer experience and daily workflows.
