Formación

• A university degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong interest in analytical/inorganic chemistry and laboratory work.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• A proactive, curious, and innovative mindset.
• Effective both independently and in a collaborative team.
• Communication-level proficiency in both Swedish and English.
• Methodical and organized in the laboratory.

Responsabilidades

• Perform chemical analyses and laboratory testing using advanced analytical techniques.
• Develop, improve, and validate analytical methods for research and product development.
• Select, adapt, and optimize analytical methods for reliable results.
• Maintain and update laboratory instructions and documentation.
• Take responsibility for laboratory equipment and analytical systems.
• Support and advise chemists across ESAB’s global laboratory network.
• Participate in and lead laboratory projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to the quality management system in accordance with standards.
