Saab is seeking a Head of Airworthiness Publications in Linköping to lead a team of about 15 engineers responsible for coordinating and developing technical documentation and Flight Manuals for JAS 39 Gripen C/D/E/F. You will coach staff and ensure on-time, high-quality deliverables to support operations.

The role requires a bachelor or master degree in a relevant field, several years in technical roles, and leadership experience.

Formación

• Bachelor or Masters degree in a relevant field or equivalent with several years of experience from working in technical roles.
• Leadership experience is beneficial.
• Fluent in English and Swedish (oral and written).

Responsabilidades

• Lead an team of approximately 15 engineers who develop technical documentation and Flight Manuals for JAS 39 Gripen C/D/E/F.
• Coach employees and provide optimal conditions to perform work efficiently.
• Be the accountable manager for the unit's deliverables and ensure on-time, high-quality outputs.
• Improve processes, ensure regulatory compliance within aviation permits, and participate in department leadership.
• Plan work, govern processes, and contribute to leadership team decisions.
