Epiminds in Stockholm is building Lucy, an AI system for marketing. We’re a small team delivering a reliable environment for agents across tools, data, and tasks.

You’ll own the agent harness: the execution loop, tool interfaces, context assembly, memory, delegation, and feedback that turn model capability into dependable behavior.

You’ll collaborate with founders and engineers, shaping runtime code and evaluations while the backend owns compute. Proficiency in TypeScript and Python is expected.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineer with experience shipping systems using language models.
• Comfortable with TypeScript and Python, designing experiments, and runtime code.
• Experience building agent frameworks, execution environments, or evaluation systems is relevant.

Responsabilités

• Own the agent harness and execution loop.
• Engineer tool interfaces with schemas, discovery, outputs and error feedback.
• Manage context across long tasks and prompts.
• Enable productive code execution with Python and shell commands.
• Build the improvement cycle by turning failures into evaluations.
• Maintain clear approval boundaries and stopping conditions for agents.
