KPMG Sweden is seeking an AI Solutions Engineer to turn AI ambitions into practical, scalable tools for Tax & Legal teams. You will translate business needs into AI‑driven workflows and collaborate with Nordic colleagues to align with global AI directives.

You will build and deploy AI solutions, integrate LLMs, and embed prompt engineering best practices while maintaining security and compliance. This role requires strong cross‑functional collaboration and a forward‑thinking mindset.

Qualifications

• Hands‑On AI Engineering expertise with Python, APIs, and end‑to‑end solutions.
• Deep understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, prompts, and fine‑tuning concepts.
• Experience deploying AI in enterprise environments with cloud security and data privacy considerations.
• Strong collaboration with Tax & Legal professionals to tailor AI solutions to business needs.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS/Engineering; industry certifications are a plus.
• Fluency in English; Swedish proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI‑powered solutions across Tax & Legal practice.
• Scale proven AI use cases across service lines with standardized tooling.
• Ensure governance, security, and compliant AI adoption from design to deployment.
