Job summary

Uniplay in Stockholm, Sweden, offers a 12-week AI Engineer Internship to shape how companies transform knowledge into engaging learning experiences. You will prototype AI workflows, test them on real materials, and present recommendations to the team.

This is not a traditional software internship; it focuses on AI-native development, agentic coding, learning science, and rapid prototyping. You will collaborate with engineers, AI specialists, HR experts, and product designers, with weekly 1:1

Qualifications

• AI-native mindset with interest in AI tools and agent workflows.
• Own AI projects with demos or repos.
• Extreme drive and proactive attitude.
• Fast prototyping and learning from feedback.
• Technical curiosity in coding (TS, Python) and related tech.
• Strong communication in Swedish and English.

Responsibilities

• Prototype AI Learning Tools: Build experiments that improve how Uniplay creates, adapts, and evaluates learning content with AI.
• Work with Real Knowledge Sources: Explore how documents, links, videos, and internal company knowledge can become useful learning experiences.
• Experiment with New Learning Formats: Test ideas like interactive lessons, inline quizzes, diagrams, short-form learning, knowledge graphs, or AI-generated explanations.
• Improve AI Workflows: Identify bottlenecks in our AI production process and improve prompts, templates, evaluations, or internal tools.
• Test and Evaluate: Run your prototypes on real or representative material, compare outputs, collect feedback, and analyze what works.
• Present Findings: Deliver a final demo and report with recommendations on what should be developed further, improved, or parked.
