If you want to help build the home of the future, start your career with us.
At Electrolux Group, our vision is to be the home appliance industry leader in consumer satisfaction by delivering outstanding lifetime experiences with solutions that always get better. We share ideas and collaborate so that together, we can develop solutions that deliver more enjoyable and sustainable living.
The CIO Office & Transformation team is looking for a highly motivated intern to help us simplify, automate, and modernize how IT governance is executed across the company.
Our mission is straightforward: maintain strong governance standards, risk management, and compliance while ensuring that regions can move quickly and deliver value. We believe that governance should accelerate progress, not create bureaucracy.
As an intern, you will help shape and implement the next generation of governance processes using AI, automation, analytics, and digital workflow tools. You will work closely with senior transformation leaders and contribute to real global initiatives from day one. This is not a role for someone who wants to observe from the sidelines. We are looking for a builder, a problem-solver, and a self-starter who enjoys turning ideas into practical solutions.
We offer the possibility of hosting a Bachelor or Master thesis project. The topic should be developed in alignment with the people leader of the position and relevant for Electrolux Group.
We are looking for someone with a profile similar to the way our team operates:
Please note that Electrolux Group does not provide visa sponsorship for internships. Candidates must already have the legal right to work in Sweden for the full duration of the internship at the time of application. This may include, for example, EU/EEA citizenship, Swedish permanent residence, or a valid Swedish residence and work permit that does not require employer sponsorship. Electrolux Group does not provide visa or relocation support for internships. You must remain enrolled as an active student throughout the entire internship period and be expected to graduate in late 2027 or later.
You will be based in Stockholm, our modern global Headquarter, with 1200+ colleagues on site. We work in a hybrid setup that gives everyone up to 20% flexibility to work remotely, while boosting creativity and collaboration through regular office presence. The work contract is full‑time and limited to 6 months, with monthly compensation of 21,000 SEK for Bachelor students and 22,000 SEK for Master students.
You will work directly with a small, high‑impact transformation team that believes in ownership, execution, and continuous learning. Instead of supporting from the sidelines, you will contribute to strategic initiatives that influence how IT governance, AI, and transformation are delivered across the company. At Electrolux Group, we believe in learning by doing. This internship gives you hands‑on experience, meaningful exposure, and a strong foundation for your future career.
