Job summary

Einride in Stockholm or Gothenburg is hiring an AI Enablement Engineer to bridge business operations with AI technologies, enabling secure AI workflows and coaching teams on prompt design and context handling. You will also collaborate with our Platform Engineering team to design the underlying cloud infrastructure and governance required for these workflows.

You will partner with stakeholders to identify high-impact AI use cases, structure business knowledge for AI tools, and mentor colleagues

Qualifications

• Experience with a general-purpose programming language (Python, Java, or Go).
• Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure concepts.
• Solid understanding of secure software development and data privacy.
• Practical experience with prompt engineering and model output validation.

As an AI Enablement Engineer at Einride, you will bridge the gap between our business operations and modern AI technologies. You will empower teams across the organization to build, deploy, and manage secure AI workflows by helping identify high-impact use cases and mentoring them on secure development, prompt design, and context handling. You will also collaborate closely with our Platform Engineering team to design the underlying cloud infrastructure and security guardrails required for these workflows.

You will:

• Partner with less technical business stakeholders to understand their pain points, identify high-impact AI use cases and structure business knowledge as context for AI tools.
• Work with our Platform Engineering team to design and build cloud infrastructure that makes it easy to develop, deploy, maintain, and monitor AI workflows.
• Establish best practices for data privacy, model governance, autonomous agents and human-in-the-loop validation to ensure internal AI solutions are secure and reliable.
• Coach and mentor colleagues across varying levels of technical expertise.

We expect you to:

• Be service-minded, a good communicator and enjoy supporting colleagues with different levels of technical expertise.
• Have experience with a general-purpose programming language such as Python, Java, or Go, and working knowledge of cloud infrastructure concepts.
• Have a solid understanding of secure software development and data privacy.
• Have practical experience with prompt engineering, business context structuring, and model output validation.
