Job summary

Umain AB in Stockholm is seeking a skilled full stack developer who can own specs and orchestrate multi-agent workflows across frontend and backend. You will shape requirements with stakeholders, turn them into executable specs, and supervise implementation end-to-end from client needs to production.

You’ll work with TypeScript, React/Next.js, Node.js and cloud infra to build secure, scalable web apps and reusable components, while refining tooling and standards for agent-powered delivery.

Responsibilities

• Define requirements in a structured way: identify actors, describe use cases, derive features.
• Turn client needs into specs with clear scope, acceptance criteria, interfaces and constraints.
• Keep specs, tests and code in step as the product changes.
• Break work into units that agents can complete and verify independently.
• Coordinate agent swarms: parallel agents, subagents and specialized roles.
• Build and maintain supporting tooling and prompts for agent work.
• Design checks to keep agent output trustworthy: test coverage, evals, guardrails.
• Build secure, scalable web applications with TypeScript, React and Next.js.
