Job summary

Ericsson AB is seeking a recent graduate or early-career AI Full-Stack Developer to design, build, and deploy AI-powered telecom applications. You will work across backend services, web interfaces, Copilot Studio, cloud platforms, AI orchestration frameworks, and network data analytics, collaborating with senior engineers and data scientists.

You will prototype agent workflows, integrate with Docker/Kubernetes deployments, and contribute to robust AI-driven solutions in a global team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required or equivalent
• Strong programming skills in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript
• Experience with full-stack development projects, coursework or internships

Responsibilities

• Develop and integrate AI agents for telecom applications

• Analyze telecom network data for insights, troubleshooting and automation
• Explore cloud AI platforms like AWS Bedrock and Azure AI Foundry for LLM solutions

• Support CI/CD, automated testing, code reviews and engineering best practices
• Collaborate in an Agile team with engineers, architects and data scientists
• Prototype ideas for agent orchestration, scalability, observability and responsible AI
