Job summary

EWOR GmbH is seeking exceptional operators and builders to join a new department, offering maximum ownership and a fast-growing, high-ownership environment. You will translate visionary strategy into concrete roadmaps and drive rapid implementation from prototype to production across cutting-edge domains such as Agentic AI.

You will collaborate with an elite team, report directly to the founder, and have opportunities for equity upside as the company scales globally from Europe or the Americas,

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Proactive, end-to-end ownership and execution mindset.

• Lead and execute core 0-to-1 initiatives in cutting-edge domains such as Agentic AI.
• Translate high-level strategic vision into concrete execution roadmaps for rapid prototyping to production.
• Architect scalable solutions and drive milestones to position the department for rapid growth and potential spin-off.

Requirements

• You are based in Europe or the Americas (or open to relocate/remote arrangements).
• You have a high-agency builder mindset, with proven domain expertise and the drive to take extreme end-to-end ownership.
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
