Job summary

Adoreal in Stockholm is seeking an experienced Operationssjuksköterska / Scrub Tech to join a private, ambulatory aesthetic surgery team. You will scrub, assist with procedures, suturing, and maintain sterile technique in a fast-paced, patient‑centered clinic environment.

The role requires Swedish certification or equivalent, fluent Swedish and English, and prior private clinic experience. It is an on-site, full-time position with a collaborative surgical team.

Qualifications

• Experience in private/ambulatory surgical clinic settings.
• Proven suturing skills.
• Fluent Swedish and English.
• Stockholm on-site role.
• Swedish certification or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Scrub in and assist directly in aesthetic and reconstructive procedures in outpatient setting.
• Perform suturing and wound closure under surgeon guidance.
• Maintain sterile fields, instruments and trays for plastic surgery procedures.
• Anticipate surgeon needs and maintain smooth OR flow in a small-team clinic.
