Narva Care in England is launching a focused private-patient assessment service and is seeking clinicians to carry out ADHD and autism assessments remotely. You can invoice us through your own company or act as a registered sole trader, with start in Q1 2027 and potential long-term collaboration.
Based in England, you will work digitally, shape Narva Care's approach for the UK market, contribute to building the team, and influence how care is delivered with minimal internal meetings and flexible
Narva Care is a new provider of ADHD and autism assessments in England, built on a model already proven in Scandinavia. We're part of Nova Health Group, a fast-growing group of mental health brands that also includes Nova Psykiatri, Karla Psykiatri and Cleo Care. Together, we share a vision to offer Europe's best assessment and treatment for people with ADHD, autism and other psychiatric conditions.
We put the patient at the centre and deliver psychiatric care with five-star service. Our approach is built on patient experience, quality and efficiency, using modern technology and smart ways of working to keep improving.
Since 2024, Nova Health Group has grown to 80+ team members - and we're growing fast. We want to show how psychiatry can work, for patients and clinicians alike. We believe in having fun together, daring to make mistakes and striving to be the best at what we do.
After building a strong clinical operation in Sweden through Nova Psykiatri, we're now bringing the same model to England under the name Narva Care. We're starting with a focused launch for private patients and are looking for our first clinician based in England to carry out assessments.
This is not a role where you step into a finished structure and follow a checklist. You'll work clinically with ADHD (and ideally autism) assessments, while also sharing your insights on how we adapt our way of working to the English market. Your experience will help shape how Narva Care grows in the UK, and as we scale, we expect to build a team of several clinicians with a similar profile.
