Job summary

Hitachi Vantara Corporation is looking for a Test Engineer in the ADAS team to develop cutting-edge automotive functions. The role involves planning and executing tests with state-of-the-art equipment at Hällered Proving Ground, near Gothenburg. Candidates should have an M.Sc. or experienced B.Sc. in Mechatronics or Electronics, as well as experience in programming, particularly in Python. A Swedish driving license is required.

Qualifications

• M.Sc. or experienced B.Sc. in Mechatronics, Electronics or similar education.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Swedish driving license B; BE license is meritorious.
• Experience in programming, preferably in Python but C and C++ is meritorious.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and carry through tests on the test track.
• Have technical, operational and safety responsibility for the test setup and test procedure.
• Be involved in improvement and maintenance of test equipment.
• Participate in the development of new test methods and digital tools.
