Job summary

ALTEN Sweden is seeking two Data Engineers to design, develop, and integrate sensor systems for ADAS and Autonomous Driving applications in Lund. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure sensor performance, reliability, and compliance with automotive standards.

The role requires hands-on experience with embedded systems, sensor fusion, and programming in C++, Python, or MATLAB. Fluency in English is essential.

Qualifications

• Technical degree (B.Sc. or M.Sc.) in CS, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or equivalent.
• Experience with ADAS sensor systems (Radar, Lidar, Camera, Ultrasonic).
• Experience with ISO 26262 and Automotive SPICE.
• Familiarity with sensor fusion algorithms and perception systems.
• Hands-on experience with embedded systems, CAN bus, or ROS.
• Proficiency in C++, Python, or MATLAB for sensor data processing.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and integrate sensor systems for ADAS and Autonomous Driving applications.
• Collaborate with software, hardware, and systems engineering teams to optimize sensor performance.
• Develop and implement sensor calibration, validation, and testing procedures; ensure compliance with automotive safety standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve sensor-related issues in real-world driving scenarios.
• Contribute to sensor fusion algorithms for improved perception and object detection.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in ADAS and autonomous driving technologies.
