Qualifications

• Experience ensuring SUA and nuclear-security compliance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test ABAP solutions for a greenfield SAP S/4HANA project.
• Deliver, troubleshoot, and enhance SAP functionality with SAP functional consultants.
• Prepare technical design documents and perform unit testing.
• Translate user and system requirements into technical designs and code.
• Coordinate with finance, procurement, and asset-management teams in the nuclear domain.

Work Style: Monday - Friday / Hybrid - 40 Hours Weekly

Role Objective

Support a greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementation within a nuclear business area, covering core processes such as plant maintenance and permit handling alongside finance, procurement, and logistics. Design, develop, test, and support robust ABAP solutions that meet approved functional, user, and system requirements. Enhance SAP functionality using clean-core techniques while maintaining solution quality, reliability, and alignment with programme requirements. Work closely with functional consultants and project stakeholders to deliver effective technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop ABAP programs based on approved functional requirements.
• Deliver, maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance SAP functionality in collaboration with SAP functional consultants.
• Prepare technical-design documentation and complete unit testing.
• Propose robust technical solutions that meet functional and business needs.
• Capture and track functional requirements throughout the development lifecycle.
• Build professional relationships with team members and stakeholders to support successful delivery.

Tasks

• Develop and implement ABAP solutions within an SAP S/4HANA greenfield implementation.
• Enhance standard SAP functionality in line with clean-core principles.
• Develop and maintain Adobe Forms and print-output solutions.
• Translate user, functional, and system requirements into technical designs and working code.
• Perform unit testing, investigate defects, and troubleshoot application issues.
• Coordinate with functional specialists across finance, procurement, enterprise asset management, and related nuclear processes.
• Support solution maintenance and continuous improvement throughout the implementation.
• Tested and documented ABAP programs and enhancements.
• Technical-design and unit-testing documentation.
• Adobe Forms and associated print-output developments.
• Resolved defects, maintained SAP functionality, and implemented improvements.
• Traceable functional requirements and technical solutions aligned with project needs.

Decision Authority / Responsibility

• Own assigned ABAP developments from technical design through testing and support.
• Recommend robust technical solutions that meet functional needs and clean-core requirements.
• Identify and elevate material technical, integration, quality, or delivery risks.
• Comply with all applicable nuclear security and SUA requirements throughout the assignment.

Requirements

• At least nine years of relevant experience, with strong exposure to SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
• Experience implementing ABAP developments within SAP S/4HANA, preferably on a greenfield implementation.
• Extensive experience developing Adobe Forms and print outputs.
• Strong experience developing solutions against user, functional, and system requirements.
• Experience capturing, maintaining, and tracking functional requirements.
• Good understanding of SAP S/4HANA core business processes, including finance, procurement, and enterprise asset management.
• Fluent Swedish and English are essential.
• The supplying organisation must hold an active SUA agreement approved for the nuclear business area.
• The consultant must satisfy the assignment's SUA requirements and must have lived in Sweden for at least five years.
• Available to work on a hybrid basis from Ringhals.
