A leading engineering solutions provider is seeking a Document Controller in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The role involves supporting the Order Entry Process and managing all contractual documentation. Ideal candidates have prior experience as document controllers, and an engineering background while being organized and able to work autonomously. English proficiency is essential, and prior experience with EPC or OEM companies is preferred.
Competenze
- Previous experience as document controller.
- Experience with EPC or OEM companies and high spec projects preferred.
- Good knowledge of English language.
Mansioni
- Support and update the Order Entry Process as required.
- Coordinate with Accounting.
- Manage job closure processes.
- Handle contractual documentation with clients and suppliers.
- Create final documentation and maintain organized project folders.
- Expedite contractual document preparation and revisions.
- Review packing lists and update order entry accordingly.
- Ensure structured and user-friendly document archives.
- Store documents in the job folder.
Conoscenze
Formazione
We are looking for Document Controller. The role will be based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
This position will be part of Order Execution Team supporting the PM.
- Support and update to the Order Entry Process as / when required by PMs
- Coordination with Accounting :
- Coordination of the job Closure
- Send, received and keep up to date all contractual documentation from / to client and involved suppliers
- Creation of Final Documentation
- Keep organized project folders
- Expedite client / suppliers to prepare / revise contractual documents
- Review packing lists and update order entry in Company software accordingly
- Archives are structured and available (user friendly)
- Storage of documents in the job folder
- A previous experience as document controller
- Experience working with EPC or OEM companies and high spec projects would be appreciated
- Good knowledge of English Language
- Education background in engineering
- Exposure working with multinational Customers and Vendors
- Well organized and autonomous
