Eram Talent is looking for a dedicated Fire Safety Specialist to join our growing team. This role is critical in maintaining and improving fire safety standards across various projects. As a Fire Safety Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with fire safety regulations and implementing comprehensive fire prevention programs.

Your expertise will be essential in conducting fire risk assessments, developing fire response plans, and conducting safety drills. You will work closely with engineering and project teams to integrate fire safety systems into project designs and ensure the safety of all personnel and assets.

• Conduct fire risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards.
• Develop, implement, and maintain fire safety programs and policies.
• Collaborate with project teams on fire safety design requirements and compliance.
• Conduct training sessions and drills to educate personnel on fire emergency procedures.
• Review and analyze fire incident reports to recommend corrective actions.
• Stay updated on changes in fire safety regulations and industry standards.
• Provide support and guidance on fire safety matters to project stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in Fire Protection Engineering, Safety Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fire safety engineering or a similar role.
• Solid understanding of fire safety regulations and standards relevant to Saudi Arabia.
• Experience in conducting fire risk assessments and developing safety plans.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks efficiently.
• Professional certifications in fire safety or related fields are advantages.
• Knowledge of emergency response protocols and safety management systems.
• Willingness to travel as required for site inspections and safety assessments.
