We are recruiting an Assessment Coordinator to join the team at King’s College Riyadh Sedra to support the school’s admissions process ahead of its full opening in 2027.

This role plays a key part in welcoming new families, conducting engaging assessments for children, and ensuring that every child and parent experiences the warmth, professionalism, and community spirit that define King’s College.

• Conduct engaging, play‑based assessments for EYFS applicants and paper‑based assessments for applicants in upper primary and senior year groups.
• Support the delivery of CAT4 assessments for upper primary and senior school applicants, ensuring a calm and organised testing environment.
• Coordinate assessment timetables, resources, and logistics in collaboration with the Admissions and Academic teams.
• Accurately record and share assessment outcomes and recommendations.
• Liaise with the Inclusion Department regarding any students who may require additional assessment or support.
• Welcome families and ensure each assessment experience reflects the school’s ethos and values.
• Support group assessment days and admissions events as required.

• A warm, approachable communicator who connects naturally with children and families.
• Organised and detail‑oriented, with a professional approach.
• Familiarity with tools such as CAT4, phonics, or reading assessments.
• Qualification in Education, Early Years, or a related field is essential.
• Arabic language skills are desirable.
• Experience in Inclusion/SEND is desirable.
