Job summary

A leading investment company in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Senior Manager - Land and Property to lead the development of a comprehensive land management system. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in GIS and land information systems and will be responsible for overseeing system interoperability and data workflows. This role is critical in realizing the company's ambitious vision and sustainability objectives.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience in GIS and Land Information Systems.
  • Proven ability to establish off-plan sales registry and API integrations.
  • Experience in land administration frameworks and modern land management tools.

Responsibilities

  • Manage implementation and integration of the Plot Management System.
  • Oversee system interoperability between LMS, GIS, and external platforms.
  • Supervise maintenance of land information systems and databases.
  • Coordinate with IT, GIS, and Land Registry to meet requirements.
  • Develop and enforce system policies and governance frameworks.
