Job summary

A leading procurement firm in Saudi Arabia is seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Control Specialist. The ideal candidate will be a Mandarin speaker with experience in managing procurement contracts and schedules. Responsibilities include overseeing the lifecycle of Purchase Orders, monitoring vendor compliance, and compiling regular progress reports. Previous experience with Chinese Enterprises and proficiency in MS Office is highly preferred. This position offers a challenging opportunity to contribute to critical projects in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

  • Native Mandarin and professional proficiency in English required.
  • Minimum years of experience in Procurement or Project Control.
  • Previous experience with Chinese Enterprises or international EPC projects preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the lifecycle of Purchase Orders and Subcontracts.
  • Handle contract variation orders and amendments.
  • Develop and maintain the Master Procurement Schedule.
  • Track manufacturing and delivery progress of materials.
  • Compile Weekly and Monthly Procurement Progress Reports.
  • Establish and maintain the Procurement Status Register.
  • Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies.
