The project:

This is an opportunity to be involved in the delivery of major sports stadiums and associated projects in Saudi Arabia. Mace is currently delivering the programme which will require high‑calibre and experienced people to lead teams throughout each phase of the project.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Oversee the GC’s selection, procurement, and installation of interior design materials for Zone 3, ensuring compliance with the project, design intent, and quality standards.
• Oversee and coordinate review of material submittals, samples, mock‑ups, and supplier qualifications with the CSC.
• Reports to Zone 3 Fit Out Manager & Mock‑ups.
• Monitor the CSC’s inspection and quality assurance of finishes, ensuring timely resolution of defects and handover to the client.
• Escalate material compliance, supply chain, or quality issues to the PMC PD and the project.
• Facilitate coordination between the GC, CSC, and design consultants for technical queries and approvals, ensuring robust documentation and traceability.

You’ll need to have:

• Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high valued projects/ programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
• Professional qualification (or equivalent).
• Extensive years of experience.
