Job summary

A leading oil and gas contractor is seeking an experienced Work Permit Receiver for offshore operations in Saudi Arabia. Candidates must have a valid Saudi Aramco certificate and significant offshore experience with stringent safety qualifications. Qualifications

• Minimum 5-10 years in the Oil & Gas EPC sector.
• Must have previous Saudi Aramco offshore experience.
• Cold Work: 5 years (Test Score: 90%+).
• Hot Work: 5 years (Test Score: 95%+).
• Confined Space Entry: 10 years (Test Score: 95%+).
• Equipment Opening/Line Break: 8 years (Test Score: 95%+).

Skills

Fluent in spoken and written English

• NEBOSH IGC or equivalent internationally recognized safety certification
• BOSIET/FOET certification
• Basic H2S training
• WPR Pre‑Requisites (Hazard Recognition, Confined Space Entry, Lockout/Tagout)
• Supervisor level or above certifications

Experience

• Minimum 5‑10 years in the Oil & Gas EPC sector
• Must have previous Saudi Aramco offshore experience
• Cold Work: 5 years (Test Score: 90%+)
• Hot Work: 5 years (Test Score: 95%+)
• Confined Space Entry: 10 years (Test Score: 95%+)
