A logistics company is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to optimize warehouse operations in Riyadh. Candidates should have a strong background in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and 10+ years in operations management. Fluency in Arabic and English is required. The role involves leading the implementation of WMS, managing inventory control procedures, and supervising operational processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in operations management with a strong focus on WMS.
• Proven experience in implementing or managing leading WMS platforms.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation, management, and optimization of WMS.
• Design and execute warehouse layouts and product flows.
• Supervise receiving, storage, picking, and shipping processes.
• Develop and enforce strong inventory control procedures.
• Monitor and analyze WMS reports to address operational bottlenecks.
• Forecast inventory needs and coordinate purchasing.
• Oversee production operations ensuring quality and efficiency.
