Job description

We are seeking for a highly motivated Warehouse Supervisor who will be responsible for leading daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory control, safe handling, and efficient order fulfilment. Drives compliance, productivity, and continuous improvement across the warehouse.

Are you a logistics pro with leadership experience?

Responsibilities
  • Manage daily warehouse operations (receiving, storing, issuing, dispatch)

  • Ensure accurate inventory control and proper location management

  • Maintain housekeeping, safety standards and compliance to Hempel best practice

  • Monitor staff performance and provide guidance / supervision

  • Interface with Sales Order Processor to ensure smooth order fulfilment

  • Conduct cycle counts and support monthly inventory reporting

  • Coordinate removal / sorting of over‑age materials

  • Ensure proper documentation and sign‑off of drivers & deliveries

  • Support implementation of QMS procedures and continuous improvement

What we’re looking for:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business / related field

  • Certificate in Warehouse Management (preferred)

  • 5+ years’ experience in warehousing / logistics (supervisory level)

  • Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory & supply chain management

  • Proficient in MS Office and data entry systems

This role will be based in Dammam (Saudi Arabia) and will report into the Warehouse Manager.
