Overview

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Procurement & Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in KSA-Abha. As Procurement & Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for lead and supervise procurement and warehouse operations to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant sourcing, receiving, storage, and distribution of medical supplies, equipment, and pharmaceuticals. Ensure inventory integrity, cost efficiency, and alignment with patient care needs, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies and collaborate with clinical teams, suppliers, and cross-functional departments to optimize stock levels, lead time, and procurement processes, maintain strong controls around waste, loss prevention, lot tracing, recalls and drive continuous improvement, data accuracy, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Certification in inventory management or warehousing (e.g., WMS certification) is advantageous.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or warehouse management, preferably within a healthcare or hospital setting.
  • Demonstrated experience with medical supply chains, pharmaceuticals, or sterilization services is desirable.
  • Proven track record of supervising teams, managing vendor relationships, and implementing process improvements.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance (e.g., JCI, CBAHI, OSHA safety standards) and patient safety implications.
Key Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with budget, demand planning, and clinical requirements.
  • Manage purchase orders, approvals, reimbursement controls, and financial reconciliations.
  • Lead warehouse receiving, put-away, storage, and retrieval activities; ensure accurate material handling.
  • Implement and maintain inventory control processes (cycle counts, recounts, variance investigations).
  • Monitor stock levels, lead times, and supplier performance, initiate procurement actions accordingly.
  • Manage cold chain and controlled substances (if applicable) with proper documentation and security.
  • Maintain accurate item master data, unit of measure, pricing, and supplier catalogs.
  • Ensure proper safety, sanitation, and ergonomic practices in the warehouse; enforce PPE usage.
  • Oversee distribution and internal logistics to clinical areas; optimize delivery routes and scheduling.
  • Enforce compliance with HIPAA/PHI considerations where applicable and protect patient confidentiality.
  • Lead supplier qualification, negotiations, and contract management; drive value-based purchasing.
  • Coordinate with receiving, IT, and clinical engineering for asset tracking and asset lifecycle management.
  • Manage returns, recall, and waste streams per regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and present procurement and inventory reports to leadership, support budgeting and forecasting.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and training programs; ensure staff competency.
