KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare required reports, logs, and documents for the Business Operation Manager.
- Assist the Business Operation Manager in monitoring stock levels in boutiques and preparing allocations for watches & retail materials.
- Monitor the stock level of (Retail material, Promotions & Watches) in warehouses and generate purchase requisitions in order to ensure their availability when needed.
- Ensure timely dispatch and distribution of stock as required.
- Receive all delivered stock and ensure compliance with the purchase order.
- Sort, organize, and store stock in a proper location to ensure easy access.
- Generate new stock references in the company system and label them correctly
- Maintain updated stock records and keep correct stock count in the company system
- Conduct a physical count of inventory regularly to ensure that the stock data on paper matches the inventory that is actually in the storage
- Facilitate efficient, timely audits throughout the year
- Follow up with Finance to arrange on-time vendor payments.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field, with at least 2 years’ experience within the finance field.
- Highly organized and able to store items efficiently
- Accuracy & pay attention to detail.
- Knowledge of inventory and Supply chain management.
- Excellent Computer Skills (MS, OS, and other computer-related skills), SAP Experience is preferable
- Good written & spoken English & Arabic.
- High Integrity and confidentiality.
JOB CONTEXT:
Operating Environment:
- The job holder will operate the work on a normal shift from the warehouse.
- Working outside the office or after working hours, on weekends, and holidays is necessary to perform work. Traveling inside or outside the Kingdom occasionally may be involved.

Limited to task-related decisions aligned with the Business Operations Manager.
