Tamayyaz is a Nationalization Development Program that enables Saudi talents to acquire the needed skills & knowledge for various professions within the hospitality field within a specific time frame by using a combination of classroom learning and On Job Training.

Job Description

• Welcomes the guests and ensures they are attended to, e.g., presents menus, provides recommendations, takes orders, processes orders, and handles payments.
• Ensures stock at the outlet is replenished and checked accordingly.
• Maintains proper inventory of items, replaces expired items, keeps the pantry organized, and coordinates with the Purchasing team for requisitions with the Senior Bartender.
• Liaises with the Supervisor and Assistant Manager for any items that should be charged to guests.
• Ensures the area is well maintained at all times.

Qualifications

• Service-focused personality is essential.
• Previous experience in a similar role is an asset.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for service.
