Job description

MISSION
The VIP Clients Relationship Manager KSA is a brand ambassador of Piaget inside and outside the Boutique by ensuring a top-level service for each client. Reporting to the Retail Director KSA – She/He is also directly attached High Jewellery Sales Managers.

ROLE OVERVIEW
She/He is responsible to achieve sales and exceed sales targets set up in collaboration with the management.
She/He ensures a unique client experience before, during and after a sale, in or outside the boutique. She/He must implement a commercial action plan to develop High Jewellery clients and sales.
She/He participates to High Jewellery events of Piaget, in this context, the High Jewellery Sales Manager is required to travel regularly and has a budget to manage.
She/He is a High Jewellery referent all around the world with clients or in any relationship with the Maison. She is part of HJ Committee & Community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Performance & Service:
    • Delivers a unique 360° client experience during a sale in and outside of the boutique (incl events).
    • Anticipates and organizes HJ & Exc Creations presentations and previews.
    • Perfectly manages all sales related steps, from pitching to closing.
    • Adapts to clients’ needs and motivations, manages up-selling.
    • Strives to always surpass and exceed client expectations.
    • Acts as a privileged contact on related CS topics and knows how to handle them.
    • Proposes and develops special orders regularly.
    • Participates to all HJ brand events as well as client events.
    • Manages outgoing budget and travels plan.
    • Ensures a turnover above 4M€ within 3 years on the HJ & Exc. Creations segment, or enters the brand with a proven track record on a similar level.
  • Clients’ Relationship & Development:
    • Retain and Develop Existing Clients:
      • Implement new client development strategies, initiatives and activities set by the regional and local Retail management team to develop, understand and enhance client experience.
      • Proactively interact with clients, build relationships and engage at a personal level to facilitate further return visits.
      • Establish action plans and strategies to develop the client portfolio to treat existing clients, upgrade potentials and regain lost clients.
    • Recruit New Clients within and outside the Piaget boutique:
      • Develop the client portfolio by networking & hunting outside the boutique (including partnership developments).
      • Partner with Boutique Managers to work on Clients private viewing planning to meet monthly target.
      • Implement new client development initiatives/activities to fulfil various types of customers’ requests and interests.
      • Develop multi-sourced clientele to ensure ongoing interest and participation.
    • Boutique Event Planning:
      • Support the Events Manager in the organization of in-BTQ and out-BTQ events.
      • Work with SAs before each appointment to prepare a range of target products to present to clients.
      • Use the yearly activation calendar to organize individual client journeys.
  • Operations:
    • Finalize sales in SAP system in collaboration with the boutique and the Retail coordination.
    • Control discounts and contracts with intermediates following Brand directives.
    • Be consulted on all HJ & Exc Creations supply needs (routing, model stock, client presentations).
    • Attend and participate in all Boutique Meetings and Training Events as required ensuring good communication is maintained.
    • Contribute ideas and recommendations to the Management team to achieve improvements in all aspects of the Boutique Operations/ Maintenance.
    • Support the Boutique Management in any back‑of‑house/administrative operations as might be reasonably required.
  • Ambassador Role:
    • Represent the Maison in all possible Brand activation events.
    • Provide feedback and suggestions to the Management team to improve the High Jewellery business.
    • Active member of the HJ Committee.
    • Share skills to develop theJ Specialists and Experts (work in pairs).
  • High Jewelry Community:
    • Contribute to the HJ Community by sharing on a daily basis:
      • Best Practices.
      • Client Feedback.
      • Market/Competition insights.
      • Relevant topics regarding HJ or HTI.
    • Participate in all HJ Community activations/trainings/presentations.
    • Present and the HJ Community on a regular basis (Zoom, Skype, presentations) with support of HQ & Ambassadors.

  • Computer knowledge in Microsoft; knowledge of SAP is a plus.
