This role requires a Saudi national with a strong network in the luxury fashion industry and 2-3 years of relevant experience. Fluent English and Arabic skills, along with MS Office proficiency, are necessary. The position involves working in-store with rotating shifts.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
  • Prospect existing connections and develop connections with new consignors. These contacts include stylists, personal shoppers, boutique owners, sales associates, and individual consignors.
  • Responsible for onboarding new sellers, retaining existing sellers, conducting regular follow-ups, and managing seller-related approvals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing consignors to increase the business.
  • Handle walk-ins, front-end customer administrative tasks and client servicing inclusive of requests related to financial, logistics, and other operational account support.
  • Maintain a seamless flow of communication with multiple departments including merchandising, accounting and customer service.
  • Achieve the monthly consignment targets for the assigned geographic market.
  • Develop and implement action plans to continually increase consignment with The Luxury Closet.
Requirements

The Luxury Closet is in search for a Saudi National to work as a VIP Client Relations Specialist for our KSA Store, who is motivated to turn the vision into reality and will give 100% to make it happen.

  • A very strong network of professional or personal contacts in the fashion and luxury industry.
  • 2-3 years work experience in sales, business development, personal shopping, styling or dealing with VVIP clientele.
  • 6 days work week from Store/ Warehouse, evening / rotational shifts and weekday off.
  • Fluent in both English and Arabic, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Deep knowledge of multiple luxury brands.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • MS Office expertise: Word and Excel.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends when needed to accommodate the clients request for an appointment.
