About BOOM ROOM:
Boom Room is Saudi Arabia’s new social entertainment destination. A Bold concept bringing immersive entertainment, live performances, interactive gaming, and vibrant F&B under one roof.
We are looking for a dynamic, hands‑on Venue Manager to oversee all on‑ground aspects of the operation and ensure every guest experience reflects Boom Room’s creative and energetic spirit.
Key Responsibilities:
Venue Operations Management:
- Oversee the daily operations of the entire Boom Room venue, ensuring all areas (gaming zones, stage, dining, and entertainment spaces) run smoothly.
- Supervise the opening, operating, and closing procedures for the venue.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and well‑maintained environment in line with company standards and Saudi regulations.
Team Leadership & Staffing:
- Recruit, train, schedule, and lead on‑ground staff across operations, service, and guest engagement teams.
- Conduct regular team briefings and performance evaluations.
- Foster a collaborative, motivated, and guest‑focused team culture.
Customer Experience:
- Be the face of the venue during operating hours, ensuring outstanding guest service.
- Manage guest feedback, resolve issues promptly, and consistently elevate satisfaction.
- Monitor crowd flow and adjust staffing or activations to enhance the experience.
Entertainment Coordination:
- Coordinate with the Stage and Booking Managers to ensure the entertainment program is delivered flawlessly.
- Ensure live shows, MCs, and interactive moments are on time, safe, and aligned with the Boom Room brand.
Revenue & Financial Control:
- Monitor daily revenue, manage petty cash, and support with budgeting and financial reporting.
- Drive upselling and in‑venue spending through promotions, customer journey optimization, and collaboration with the Sales/Marketing team.
Compliance & Licensing:
- Ensure the venue complies with all local safety, labor, and entertainment regulations, including GEA guidelines.
- Manage venue licenses, inspection readiness, and emergency procedures.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Act as the key liaison between the on‑ground team and head office functions (Marketing, HR, Finance, and Operations).
- Provide weekly reports on performance, incidents, team updates, and KPIs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Events, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience managing high‑volume entertainment or hospitality venues, preferably in KSA or the GCC.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
- Comfortable with a hands‑on, fast‑paced, guest‑facing role.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as per business needs.
