Job summary

A leading maintenance service provider in Saudi Arabia is seeking a seasoned Fleet Maintenance Manager. This role involves planning and managing preventive and corrective maintenance to maximize fleet availability and leading a team both in the workshop and the field. Candidates must have at least 5 years of relevant experience, particularly with Liebherr cranes and trucks, along with strong troubleshooting, leadership skills, and a Bachelor's Degree. Knowledge of CMMS is essential for maintaining records and schedules.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in fleet/vehicles maintenance (workshop & field).
• Hands-on experience with Liebherr cranes/trucks, including LTM (50 to 650 tons) and LRT (80 to 100 tons).
• CMMS knowledge (Computerized Maintenance Management System) required.

• Knowledge of supply chain management is a plus.
• Willing to work in Office & Field conditions.
• Good awareness of safety risks in maintenance environments (e.g., slipping, falling objects).
