A leading healthcare provider in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Vascular & Interventional Radiology Consultant. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, supervise fellows and residents, and participate in teaching and research activities. A basic medical degree, board certification in Radiology, and a fellowship in the relevant subspecialty are required, along with at least five years of post-board experience.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provides high-quality care to patients in this area of medicine.
  • Provide consultative service as requested.
  • Supervise fellows, staff/assistant physicians, and residents.
  • Actively participates in the training and teaching of residents and fellows in his area of expertise and Participates in research activities.
  • Participates in committees and other administrative functions as needed.
  • Performs special procedures as privileged.
  • Follows all hospital-related policies and procedures.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates must hold a basic medical degree (e.g., MBBS) along with board certification in Radiology and a Fellowship in Vascular and Interventional Radiology recognized by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties. A minimum of five (5) years of post-board certification experience is required.

  • Canadian Board
  • Australian or New Zealand Board
  • DES/CIS (France)
  • SCR (Netherlands)
  • Swedish Board
  • Arab Board

Language

  • Proficiency in English; additional proficiency in Arabic may be beneficial.
