As an Usher at Luca Land, you will be one of the first faces our guests (and their dogs!) meet — you’ll help shape their experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet guests warmly as they arrive and check them in (verify bookings, wristbands/cards, dog-passes).
  • Guide guests to their designated areas (play zones, seating lounges, café area, restrooms).
  • Provide information and directions: for example the rules of the park, dog-play zones, safety protocols, restrooms, refreshment stands.
  • Monitor guest flow and crowd movement in the park to ensure safe and orderly access and egress of zones.
  • Assist guests with special requirements (e.g., owners with small children, elderly guests, dogs needing assistance).
  • Ensure that safety rules are followed—both for human guests and dogs (e.g., ensuring dogs are leashed/unleashed per zone rules, behaviour checks).
  • Keep assigned areas clean and presentable: pick up litter, ensure seating and dog-resting zones are tidy, check that signage is clear.
  • Report any safety hazards, damaged equipment, or incidents involving guests or dogs to the supervisor promptly.
  • Help during event days or special activities: may include putting out equipment, guiding guests, managing lines, assisting with exits.
  • Participate in pre-shift briefings, adhere to uniform and dress code, and maintain high standards of guest service.
  • Any other duties assigned by management to support smooth park operation.
Benefits
  • Competitive salary packages – aligned with market standards and experience.
  • Visa (1 year temp) & Flights into the country for non-citizens.
  • Accommodation Transportation Allowance.
  • Career development & Internal promotions – grow with us across departments and seasons.
  • Creative & collaborative work culture – built on passion, innovation, and attention to detail.
  • Exposure to high‑end hospitality & entertainment concepts – gain experience in premium F&B and entertainment.
  • Experience working on premium events within The Groves, Riyadh Season.
  • Cultural diversity – join a team of passionate professionals from around the world.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Good communication skills (English and Arabic preferred) with friendly demeanour.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, outdoor/indoor environment (standing/walking for long periods).
  • Ability to interact with the public in a professional, helpful way; comfortable around dogs and pet‑owners.
  • Basic problem‑solving skills, calm under pressure, able to manage guest enquiries and elevate as needed.
  • Team‑player attitude, willing to help other staff when required.
  • Flexibility with working hours: weekends, evenings, and event days as required.
  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or venue operations is a plus.
