About the Role
We are looking for a talented and passionate UI/UX Designer to join our growing product team. You will be responsible for designing and shaping the user experience of our SaaS and internal promotional assets. The ideal candidate is a highly collaborative individual who can translate complex user needs and business goals into intuitive, accessible, and visually appealing user interfaces.
Key Responsibilities
- User Research & Analysis: Conduct user research (interviews, surveys, usability tests) to understand user behavior, needs, and motivations. Analyze data to inform design decisions.
- Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and test functionality.
- Interaction & Visual Design (UI): Design high-fidelity mockups and final visual designs that adhere to our brand guidelines and contribute to a cohesive design system.
- Usability Testing: Plan and execute usability tests to validate designs and identify areas for improvement, iterating on designs based on feedback.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to define product specifications and ensure technical feasibility.
- Design System Maintenance: Contribute to and maintain our component-based design system to ensure consistency and efficiency across all products.
- Handoff & Implementation: Prepare and hand off finalized designs and assets to engineering teams, ensuring pixel-perfect implementation and offering support throughout the development cycle.

Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience:
- 1-3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, product design, or a similar role.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects, demonstrating expertise in both UX processes and visual UI design.
- Proficiency with industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility standards (WCAG), and best practices.
- Experience conducting various forms of user research and translating findings into actionable design improvements.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
Preferred (Nice to Have) Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to better communicate with developers.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
- Familiarity with motion design or micro-interactions.
