Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage end to end UTR operations for large or small sites.
• Ensure operational quality targets and team morale are maintained.
• Drive performance management and prepare training plans for team members.
• Collaborate with merchant stakeholders to improve operations.
• Conduct daily audits for store safety and performance.
• Stand-in for Area Manager as needed.
